To Start

Crispy potato & parmesan croquettes - Melted cheese pot and chilli jam

Ham hock & pistachio terrine - Toasted ciabatta, piccalilli & dressed salad

Butternut squash, carrot & sweet potato soup (V) - Crispy shallots & farmhouse bread

Smoked Haddock Florentine - Baked in a festive cheese sauce with spinach & nutmeg. Served with toasted ciabatta.

To Follow

Braised steak, ale & horseradish cobbler - Herefordshire beef slowly braised in ale, topped with horseradish suet cobblers & Colcannon mash.

Festive stuffed chicken breast- Chestnut, sage & onion stuffing. Wrapped in pancetta, seasoned parmentier potatoes, port and cranberry gravy.

Pan fried fillet of Seabass - Roasted beetroot ratatouille basil puree, seasoned parmentier potatoes.

Roasted vegetable wellington (V) - Sweet potato, spinach and cestnut stuffing, wrapped in crisp puff pastry, vegetable jus

All served with our festive vegetables of pickled red cabbage, carrot & swede mash & of course brussels sprouts

To Finish

Chocolate & Hazelnut cheesecake - warm chocolate sauce, Vanilla ice cream

Spiced rum sticky toffee pudding - Salted caramel ice cream, crushed honeycomb

Vanilla Panna Cotta - Black forest compote, homemade shortbread

Traditional Christmas pudding - Warm brandy custard
