To Start

Spiced carrot & red lentil soup – crispy shallots, farmhouse bread

Chicken liver pate – red onion chutney, toasted ciabatta

Cod, leek & cheddar fishcake – creamy salsa verde

Baked feta & honey parcel – sesame seeds

To Follow

Turkey roulade – Rolled turkey breast with a pork, chestnut, sage & onion stuffing.
Wrapped in pancetta, mini roast potatoes, port & cranberry gravy.

Maple glazed pork belly– slow roasted belly pork, colcannon mash, apple cider gravy
 
Festive baked clementine salmon – baby hasselback potatoes, beetroot crème fraiche

Winter root vegetable nut roast – garlic and rosemary mini roast potatoes.

 

All served with our festive vegetables of pickled red cabbage, carrot & swede mash &, of course, brussels sprouts

To Finish

Spiced apple & toffee cheesecake – toffee sauce, vanilla ice-cream

Chocolate orange panna cotta - homemade shortbread

Treacle & walnut tart – Chantilly cream

Traditional Christmas pudding - warm brandy custard
